The apartment is ideal for 2 to 4 guests, with accommodations for up to 6 people maximum. It features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A wonderful retreat for winter visitors, digital nomads, or families looking to relax in tranquil surroundings. I am delighted to share my casa so that you can experience the true buena onda feeling!
Please note that the apartment is not suitable for families with very young infants (no cot or high chair provided) or groups seeking a party venue (our neighbors live here year-round and value peace and quiet).
Pets are strictly not allowed and the entire property is non-smoking.
Rates & pricing
The prices below are per night for the entire apartment, with a minimum stay of 11 nights in compliance with Spanish regulations.

Rates include:
- 2 on-site parking spaces
- High-quality bed linen, bath towels, and kitchen textiles
- Energy consumption up to 140 kWh per week
- High-speed internet and TV
Additional fees:
- Final cleaning €150 — includes freshly made beds and fresh towels for all guests.
- Security deposit €300 — payable 10 days before arrival and refunded within 7 days after check-out.
- Electricity consumption exceeding 140 kWh per week will be deducted from the security deposit (€0.40 per kWh).
Tip: To keep electricity usage within the included allowance, please turn off air conditioning and lights at night and when leaving the property.
Long-term stays:
For stays of 4 weeks or longer, custom monthly rates are available depending on the number of guests, season, and length of stay. Please send a message with your preferred dates to discuss options.
Payment and cancellation policy
Payment terms
- 30% deposit within 1 week of reservation
- Remaining balance due 1 month before arrival
Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation up to 4 months before arrival
- 30% fee for cancellations between 4 months and 1 month prior to arrival
- 100% fee for cancellations less than 1 month before arrival

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in all common areas.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- Designated parking bays 25 and 26 belong to the apartment for guest parking.
- Check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00, check-out is by 10:00 (alternative times upon request).
- No guest groups under 28 years of age; parties are strictly forbidden out of respect for neighbors.
- The swimming pool is open from 09:00 to 21:00; quiet hours apply between 15:00 and 17:00.
- Please note that the padel court is reserved exclusively for permanent owners and is not available for rental guests.
